Gooseneck:

- BPW stub axles, with drum brakes, independent wheel suspension, hydraulic axle equalisation with lift and lower function
- Lowering lock on axles in case of suspension airbag rupture, designed for max. pallet height of 150 mm

Surface Treatment:
- Complete steel structure automatically shot-blasted with blast wheel unit after welding
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion
- HRM metallisation of entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminium) for optimum corrosion protection
- Final coating: 2 coats of 2K topcoat, single colour in Novagrau (DB 7350)
- Paint structure tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS, cavities sealed with special wax
