Chassis frame:
Flat chassis frame with 2 main beams from single profile, connected by through-going U-profile cross members approximately every 430 mm.
Rear cross member reinforced for forklift loading, positioned 200 mm from the rear. Edges made from U-profile 140.100.3 mm, with V-groove.

Coupling section:
Detachable 2" kingpin in 8 mm thick coupling plate.
Welded-on sliding plate, extended forward to protect light/air connectors.

Trailer supports:
Maintenance-free trailer support legs, Jost type Modul, with 2 speeds and footplates.

Axle and suspension: Tridex steering
SAF air suspension system with 2 rigid, low-maintenance Modul axles, and 1 steered Tridex axle. Technical capacity 9,000 kg per axle, with disc brakes, automatic brake adjusters, and raise/lower valve.

Braking system:
Wabco load-dependent dual-circuit braking system with 2 ISO connections and spring brake cylinders. Wabco 2-channel electronic EBS type 2S/2M with integrated RSS.

Wheels:
4 steel rims 22.5 x 7.50 (hub-centric) with 385/65 R 22.5 tires.

Lighting and marking:
24V 7-pin electrical system with Aspöck wiring and lighting:

Sliding curtains:
Freight-type sliding curtains made from high-quality PVC tarpaulin, 900 g/m².
Vertical tensioning strap every approx. 600 mm with stainless steel buckle and galvanized hook. The curtains can be tensioned horizontally at the front and rear by a tensioning device.
The curtains run on nylon rollers in the aluminum roof rails.
