Fifth Wheel Height approx.: 1200 mm
Chassis - Tipper Semi-Trailer
Basic lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, patented curved front section. Foldable underrun protection with spring assistance for easier operation. Integrated mudguard bracket with stone-repellent surface.
Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter. Axles/chassis laser measured, reducing tire wear and fuel consumption. Air suspension. First axle is a self-lifting axle with forced lowering and starting aid, activated by pressing the brake three times (starting aid operational with axle overload up to 30% and max. 25 km/h).
Braking System
24 Volt EBS electronic braking system with front EBS socket (without connecting cable), external test port for brake cylinder pressure at EBS module, with lift & lower valve. Paver brake, electric control from the truck without truck installation. Automatic tipper lowering with shut-off valve.
TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) according to ECE R 141, display in tractor unit via EBS (truck must be pre-equipped, only monitors standard tires). Axle load detection via EBS CAN-bus signal, display in cab (truck must be pre-equipped, no installation required).

Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, smallest stage hard-chromed, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (without hose connection). Operation hydraulically via truck PTO.
Bodies
Steel round body with "Stone Master Design" made of highly wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel. Sloped front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mounting. Interior access at the front wall. Greenline – conical and aerodynamic body shape. "Membrane" tailgate – hydraulic rear flap with large upward opening, approx. 2200 mm clearance height. Side walls continuous 5 mm thick; floor continuous 8 mm thick. Insulated body version – Fliegl Asphalt Profi Thermo, front, side, bottom, and rear insulated with Fliegl Isotherm.
"Flip Top sliding cover" with automatic rear closure (folding framework). Cover is pre-assembled forward, electrically operated with 7-pin plug at front (charging socket) without connecting cable, no truck installation. Operable on the trailer and via remote control.
Operating Notes
For transports of salt, lime, etc., we recommend a tipping cylinder with a hard-chromed piston rod to prevent corrosion from aggressive materials. The stated gross weight is technically possible but may not be achievable depending on cargo while observing legal axle, support, and fifth-wheel loads (poor driving and tracking may occur due to incorrect weight distribution).
