The NÜKTE – CETRATEK 4-axle lowbed semi-trailer stands for maximum stability, high payload capacity, and uncompromising reliability for professional heavy haulage operations.

With its rugged 4 x 10-ton axle configuration on robust TRAX axles, durable air suspension system, and a high-strength I-beam chassis made from quality S355J2+N steel, this lowbed trailer is the ideal solution for transporting construction machinery, agricultural equipment, wheel loaders, excavators, and heavy-duty vehicles.

The standard equipment already impresses with practical, operator-focused features: The first TRAX axle is configured as a lift axle, significantly reducing tire wear when unladen and improving maneuverability. The fourth TRAX axle is steerable, ensuring precise handling even on tight construction sites and in yard operations.

A particular highlight is the hydraulically operated, laterally adjustable, one-piece ramps, which enable fast, safe, and convenient loading and unloading. Each ramp is rated to support 20 tons, making them perfectly suited for heavy machinery and vehicles.

For maximum stability during loading, a standard hydraulic rear support with mechanical drop-down supports is provided.

User-friendly operation is ensured by a choice of hydraulic remote control or direct control on the trailer, allowing all ramp and support functions to be managed safely and efficiently.

Outstanding quality is also a standard: The complete chassis is shot-blasted, primed, and finished with a high-quality two-component paint system. The paintwork comes with a 5-year warranty.

The loading platform is fitted with 55 mm Dabema hardwood and further reinforced with patterned steel plate in high-wear areas.

A premium Aspöck ADR-certified electrical system ensures maximum operational safety and meets the highest standards for professional road applications.

With a loading platform length of 9,000 mm, a width of 2,550 mm plus a lateral extension of 250 + 250 mm, an overall length of 13,550 mm, loading height of 980 mm, and a gross vehicle weight rating of 64,000 kg, this lowbed trailer is perfectly designed for daily heavy-duty use.
