Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, X-tra Long, with an interior length of 14,980 mm, slightly angled outer frame with "Load-Lock profile" for lashing strap attachment, 24 t, 2-speed landing gear, one-sided operation, with semi-circular lower part and straight mounting plate, with load compensation.

1 wheel chock with holder, side underrun protection in aluminium, underride guard in galvanized steel, quarter-circle mudguards in front of the 1st axle and behind each axle, "Heavy Blocker" rear transverse impact guard + "roller impact buffers" at the sides.

Pair of ferry lashing rings, marked yellow, heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 15–20 mm high, lashing points every 200 mm, loading height reduced by approx. 15–20 mm, spare wheel holder for 1 spare wheel, including wheel fastening kit, spare wheel of the same brand and size as the main tires, steel rim, plastic toolbox, with drawer and shelf, dimensions: width = 650 mm / height = 520 mm / depth = 670 mm, lockable with a padlock.

Axles & Suspension
BPW disc brake axles, "Axles/chassis laser aligned" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, hub odometer / kilometer counter, air suspension, air bag diameter 360 mm, with a total travel of approx. 260 mm.

Brake System
2-line compressed air brake system, spring-actuated parking brake, 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front, without connecting line, Knorr brand EBS electronic braking system, EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable.

Wheels and Tires
435/50 R19.5" steel rims, factory silver ET 120.

Electrics
24 volts, 4 x 3-chamber LED taillights with resistors plus 2 round combined reversing/rear fog LED lights, side yellow LED lighting, license plate lighting in LED, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without connection cable.

Floor
Phenolic plywood approx. 30 mm thick, cross joints with omega insert, on longitudinal subframes for high point load capacity; maximum fork axle load up to 7,100 kg.

Body
Mounted superstructure
Front wall / front corner posts with signs of use, 2,580 mm high, steel corner posts in volume design, locking mechanism for side curtain at front wall, "Crash Blocker" steel bump guard inside lower area at approx. 140 mm height.

Centre posts
Pair of sliding posts, moveable along the entire length, with 7 insertion pockets.

Slats
Rows of aluminium V-insert slats incomplete.

Fliegl "I-Lock" integrated door lock.
Tarpaulin shows signs of use, tarpaulin with welded horizontal and vertical straps.

Roof
Sliding roof, rear end-lift, roof can be moved from rear to front, L-type, tarpaulin color: white. Hydraulic lifting roof on both sides, one cylinder per stanchion, each with a hand pump integrated in the stanchion, can be raised by 400 mm, front with 3 driving positions: internal height approx. 2,900 mm / approx. 2,950 mm / 3,000 mm, set to approx. 2,950 mm.

Anti-ice system with 1 central hose, automatic forced ventilation via brake light (not available with roof that opens from the front). Optimized rain gutter at the rear, at the top of the end crossbar, above the doors.

Operating Notes
Special permit required if the overall length exceeds 16,500 mm.

Cargo securing certificate according to EN 12642 XL (valid only in conjunction with 4 rows of aluminium slats)
