Body
Aluminium square tipper body made from high-grade, abrasion-resistant material.
Slanted front wall 5 mm thick, with external cylinder mounting.
Side walls from 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, precision-welded, with bulk material repellent top rail. Internal ladder at front wall (not with Cramaro option).
Shovel and broom holder on outside of front wall.
Greenline – tapered, aerodynamic body shape.
"Membrane" tailgate:
Tailgate as pendulum flap with "double joint hinge", externally mounted, with dual hook locks. Tailgate with rubber sealing.
Note: Heat resistant up to max. 170°C.
Continuous 5 mm thick floor, Brinell hardness 110.
Note: Only suitable for transporting sand, grit, and round gravel up to max. 20mm grain size! All other transported goods are excluded from warranty!

Operating Instructions
For transporting salt, lime, etc., we recommend a tipping cylinder with a hard-chromed piston rod to prevent corrosion from aggressive materials.
The stated gross weight is technically feasible; depending on payload, permitted gross weight may not be achievable due to axle, support, and fifth-wheel load limits (poor handling/tracking due to incorrect payload distribution is possible).
