Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel with replaceable 2" king pin, container mounts: 1 x 20-foot centered (or swap body container 7.15 / 7.45), not retractable at the front, container locking twist locks in the longer version. 24-ton 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight base, without telescopic compensation.
Wheel chocks with holder, side underrun protection, aluminium underrun guard, anti-spray mudflaps according to EC regulations, stainless steel drip tray with 1 1/4 inch drain pipe + 1 1/4 inch shut-off valve, including drip plate, perforated step plates, approx. 400 mm wide, left and right between the drip tray and longitudinal frame.
Hose trays approx. 4500 mm in length (incl. hose compartment) for hose pipes 2 x DN 200 external + 2 x DN 160 centrally arranged, rear hose compartment (stainless steel) 300 mm deep, splash-proof, lid (stainless steel) all round with rubber seal, with drain hole at lowest point, then without lid on hose pipes, stainless steel grounding lug at the rear right of the frame, with international grounding sticker on the frame, rear access steps at the right onto underrun guard, rear right outside on main beam with step plate approx. 260 mm long & 300 mm wide.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles, "axle/chassis laser alignment" reduces tire wear and fuel consumption, offset axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (intermodal transport) up to 44t gross train weight.
Air suspension, first axle with automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid, operated by "brake three times" (starting aid functions up to 30% axle overload and up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h).

Brake System
2-line compressed air brake system with color-coded line routing for easy maintenance. Spring-loaded parking brake.
2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting line, EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable. Note: The trailer may only be towed by tractors that ensure the proper functioning of the ABS! With raise & lower valve, vehicle stability control system.
Axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal for display in the truck cab (truck must be pre-configured; no installation on truck).

Wheels and Tires
385/65 R22.5", brand at manufacturer's discretion, steel rims, factory silver.

Electrics
24V system, multi-chamber lights, side yellow LED lighting, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red marker lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without connecting cable.

The specified total weight is technically feasible. Depending on the cargo, the permissible total weight may not be achievable while adhering to allowed axle, support, and fifth wheel loads. (Poor driving and trailing behavior is possible due to incorrect load distribution.) This vehicle may only be loaded with 20’ tank containers that comply with ISO 668 and especially ISO 1496-3! The tank containers must have "end-load transfer areas" (end crossbeam load transfer zones)!
