Fine-grain steel welded construction, with 'preload' for slight pre-stressing in the neck area, saddle plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, new version of outer frame slightly angled with 'Load-Lock profile' for lashing strap attachment, 24 t 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower section, without thrust compensation. Note: Free landing leg footprint and rearward swing clearance approx. 1,930 mm, extendable ladder at the rear.

Side door retainer, wheel chocks with holder, aluminium side underrun protection, galvanized steel rear underrun guard, quarter shell mudguards in front of the 1st axle and behind each axle, spray-suppressing mud flaps behind each axle, rear impact protection, pallet stops on both sides approx. 15–20 mm high, bolted design, reduces entry height by approx. 15–20 mm, plastic toolbox with drawer and shelf, dimensions: width = 650 mm / height = 520 mm / depth = 670 mm.

Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc brake axles, 'axis/chassis laser-aligned' for reduced tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension, 1st axle automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid, axle lift below recommended driving height.

Brake System:
2-line compressed air brake system with spring actuated parking brake, two error-proof coupling heads at front (no connecting line), EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at front (without connecting cable). Note: Equipped with raise and lower valve; with lift axle, lifting the axle increases loading and total height by 50 mm.

Wheels and Tires:
435/50 R19.5" steel rims.

24 volts, multi-chamber lights, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear, 2 × 7-pin and 1 × 15-pin error-proof sockets at the front (no connecting cable).

Slip-resistant screen-printed panels approx. 30 mm thick, on longitudinal beams for high point load capacity, suitable for forklift axle load up to max. 7,100 kg.

Front Bulkhead / Corner Posts:
2,580 mm high, steel corner posts in high-volume design, release device for side curtain at front bulkhead.

Centre Stanchions:
3 pairs of sliding stanchions adjustable over the entire length, with 4-fold insert pockets and long lower pocket. 3 pairs of stanchion positions.

Insert Slats:
5 rows of aluminium insert slats + variable slats.

Rear Wall / Corner Posts:
Steel corner posts at rear up to lower roof edge, curtain mounting with round tube and tensioning ratchet.

Curtain:
Curtain with welded horizontal and vertical belts, tension locks made of stainless steel.

Roof:
Fliegl-Blitz soft top sliding cover, rear end lift foldable, cover can be slid from rear to front, L-roof beam for automotive industry, interior width between roof beams approx. 2,490 mm, curtain colour: white (for models with soft top sliding roof from front, no front runner).
