Axles + Suspension
BPW disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, axles/chassis laser-aligned to reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption, air suspension with safety ropes, 1st axle automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and start-up assistance, activation via 3x braking (start-up assistance works up to 30% axle overload and up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h).

Braking system
2-line compressed air brake system, spring-actuated parking brake, 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting line, EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket front, without connecting cable.
Attention: The towed vehicle may only be towed by tractor vehicles that ensure the functionality of the ABS!
with lift and lower valve.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (without hose connection), operation hydraulic via truck PTO, hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector NW = 48 mm with knurled nut. The hydraulic cut-off for the lowerable side wall FR-left and trailer lift arms is automatic from approx. 20 km/h. Trailer lift arms can be locked separately so that the vehicle can also be uncoupled only.

Bodies
Aluminium box body, made of high-grade, wear-resistant material. Front wall 5 mm thick, with external cylinder mount. Side walls made of 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, cleanly welded, with bulk material deflecting top rail.
Side wall on FR-left on top hydraulically lowerable over approx. 7700 mm length and approx. 600 mm height for loading. Note: Only 2 positions possible, either fully closed or fully lowered. Before lowering the side wall, the roll tarpaulin must be opened and the crossbar must be inserted in the parking positions in FR-right or completely removed. Shovel and broom holder outside on the front wall. Inside with ladder on front wall.

Rear wall pendulum mounted with 2 grain slides.
Rear wall hydraulically liftable by approx. 950 mm for unloading.
Rear wall with rubber seal. Note: Heat resistant up to max. 170°C!

Operating instructions
For salt, lime, etc. transports, we recommend a tipping cylinder with a hard-chrome plated piston rod to prevent corrosion from the transported material.
The specified total weight is technically possible, depending on the type of cargo.
