Frame
Steel welded construction made of fine-grained steel, hot-dip galvanized, flat platform without raised edges, load area beveled downward by approx. 8° behind the rear axle. Longitudinal beams made from steel profiles. Steel frame hot-dip galvanized, with stainless steel plate at the bending point as rope guide—flush with the floor. For trucks with wheelbase: 2nd axle 5,100 mm / 2nd to 3rd axle 1,350 mm.

Towing Coupling
Towing coupling ball head D24.8: (height from ground to top approx. 480 mm), towing capacity 2,800 kg, incl. installation and electrical wiring with 7-pin socket.

Accessories/Modifications
2 holders for wheel chocks, foldable aluminium side underrun protection – transferred from the truck! Steel underrun protection, quarter-shell mudguards with mudflaps – transferred from the truck!

Storage Boxes
Plastic toolbox with drawer and shelf, w=650 / h=520 / d=670 mm, lockable with padlock (padlock not included). 1 holder for 3 fuel canisters. 1 stainless steel storage box, w=600 / h=400 / d=500 mm, with polished door, lockable, contains control valve and electrohydraulic pump unit. Control box with circumferential door seal and sealing sleeves on rear (splash proof according to technical feasibility).

Electrics
Adjustment of existing taillights, 2 additional LED work lights recessed into front wall, switched via parking light with switch on outer front wall left side, 1 LED work light at rear, with integrated reversing camera incl. color flat screen monitor, monitor with suction cup mount and 24V power supply, voltage converter 24/12V, 1 7-pin 12V socket = plug adapter.

Floor
Mega Grip galvanized serrated grating, steel grating 50/4 mm incl., mesh size 50 mm. Top side with anti-slip serration, continuous over the entire main frame platform.

Lashing Rings
12 pairs of pivot-mounted lashing rings on the outer frame—each rated 10 tons. One at the very front and one at the very rear. One lashing ring at the very rear in the center for winch cable attachment. 12 lashing points recessed centrally in the floor, each rated 5 tons (not included in rear bevel).

Headboard made from steel sheet, height 1,500 mm. Fixed, with corner posts the height of the front wall. Each with 2 x 12 suspension brackets for lashing chains on left and right sides of the headboard.

Electric winch, 24 volt, pull rating approx. 6,350 kg, mounted centrally at headboard (recessed into loading platform), operated by radio remote control, rope length min. 35 m x 9.5 mm, with roller fairlead, with rope pressure plate, incl. overload protection, freewheeling clutch, hand control with approx. 5 m control cable, winch certification, civil engineer test report, inspection book, operating manual.

Ramps
Length 3,500 mm – 2-part (2,000 mm + 1,500 mm), width 850 mm, load capacity 20,000 kg/pair (also during ramp loading), electrohydraulically foldable and laterally adjustable – incl. electrohydraulic pump unit. Ramp angle approx. 8° with lowered rear axle. Ramp base made of hot-dip galvanized steel grating (same as loading platform), with anti-slip serration. Ramps can be contracted to approx. 170 mm, hydraulic ramp extension. Ramp prepared for operation at loading docks with full load capacity. Ramp locking with 2 tension straps.
