Paintwork:
* Complete steel structure is automatically shot-blasted with a blast wheel machine after welding, with a second shot-blasting using corundum for optimal coating adhesion
* HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure optimal corrosion protection
* Final painting with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to RAL System 841GL
* Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
* Paint finish tested in salt spray test as per ISO 9227-NSS
* Cavities sealed with special wax
