Gooseneck:
Gooseneck with front corners chamfered approx. 45° and rear chamfer approx. 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood floor approx. 30 mm thick.
Extendable Loading Platform:
Extendable loading platform with rear chamfer approx. 500 mm x 8°. 8 pairs of fold-out lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of flat lashing rings at the front area of the loading platform (LC 10,000 daN). Cut-outs in the outer frame of the loading area for attaching tie-down straps (LC 2,000 daN). Hardwood flooring approx. 48 mm thick, with checker plate covering over the axles.
Two-part Steel Ramps:
Giodpfx Ajy Augwsbzor
One pair of galvanized two-piece steel ramps, approx. 2,750 + 1,400 x 900 mm, equipped with Super Grip rubber covering. Ramp with hydraulically foldable ramp sections. Hydraulic lifting equipment, hydraulically adjustable. Maximum load per pair: 50,000 kg. In accordance with Regulation 1230/2012/EU, ramps shorter than 300 mm in driving position are not included in the total vehicle length of 16,500 mm.
Axles:
BPW axles and suspension, 1st axle self-steering, 2nd and 3rd axles rigid, 4th and 5th axles trailing self-steering, air suspension with lift/lower function, drum brakes. Self-steering axles with electromagnetic reverse lock, operable via reverse gear or manually. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each.
Tyres:
Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF, make of our choice.
TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141. Data transmission to the tractor unit via the standard EBS interface in accordance with ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be able to transmit and display these data.
Landing Legs:
JOST landing legs (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox, lifting capacity approx. 24 t (test load approx. 50 t).
Brake System:
Wabco brake system in accordance with EU regulations, with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.
Steel Construction:
Steel construction made from high-tensile fine-grained steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).
Electrical System:
Electrical system in accordance with EU regulations, 24V lighting ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash in sync with indicators. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front terminal strip with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connection as per ISO:

Paintwork:
Entire steel structure is automatically shot blasted after welding using a turbine blasting machine. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum), ensuring the highest corrosion protection. Final two-coat top coat, single color in RAL 3002 carmine red, in line with RAL system 841GL. The rear section is metalized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white).
Incl. the following additional equipment:
- 2 inch kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- A spare wheel holder in front of the front wall
- Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized connection strip at the front
- A holder for a rotating beacon at the rear of the trailer
- Galvanized supports under the loading area chamfer
- Super Grip 25 rubber covering in the chamfer area of the loading platform
- Cover plates to bridge the gap between ramps and loading platform (±17kg)
- Electro-hydraulic power unit at the rear, under the loa
