Metallisation: Complete HRM metallisation (High Resistance Metallisation). Entire steel structure shot-blasted, then hot-dip refined with ZINACOR 850 (zinc 85% - alu 15%).

Painting 6-coat final treatment: Whole steel structure shot-blasted after welding. 1 coat of zinc-based primer, 1 coat of adhesion promoter. Topcoat with 2 layers of 2-component (acrylic) paint, single-color to RAL palette as chosen, followed by sealing the cavities with special wax. Rims in silver. Multi-color and custom painting available at extra charge.

Steel construction: High-strength fine-grained steel construction. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa) S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa). Welders certified to DIN EN 287-1. MAG welding process per EN ISO 4063. Shielding gas M21 per EN ISO 14175.

Front wall made of steel, removable, approx. 400 mm high.
Connection panel for supply lines to the tractor unit, mounted at the height of the outer frame profile.
